The whole hog
The namesake. A whole pig goes in the roasting box early and comes out to a crowd. It is the dish that started the Pig Crew in 2004, the year before Porky.
The food hall of fame
We don’t do ordinary.
The tradition that predates the bus
Whole roasted pigs. Legs of lamb. Bacon explosions. Fry Fest, where the rule is simply: you name it, we fry it. The menu is part of the show and a standing, friendly challenge to every other crew in the lot.
Food is cooked and shared in a tailgate setting and may contain or touch common allergens including nuts, shellfish, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame and pork. Ask before you eat, and stay clear of the cookers. Food Safety & Allergens
The namesake. A whole pig goes in the roasting box early and comes out to a crowd. It is the dish that started the Pig Crew in 2004, the year before Porky.
A woven bacon sheet wrapped around sausage, rolled, smoked low and slow, sliced thick. Nobody has ever asked for a smaller piece.
You name it, we fry it. An annual exercise in poor judgement and excellent results.
When the roasting box is free, lamb goes in. Racks or a whole leg, depending on the crowd.
Every home game gets its own menu, built around the opponent. See the full 2026 slate on the Game Day page.
