The Pig Bus is frequently photographed and recorded by crew members, guests, visiting fans, and outside media. Images, video, and sound recorded at events may appear on Pig Bus-owned websites, photo galleries, social accounts, or historical coverage, where authorized and lawful.
Guest notice
Photography may take place in common tailgate areas. Guests who do not wish to be intentionally photographed may ask a crew member. We will consider reasonable privacy requests.
Commercial use and endorsements
Recognizable people’s images, testimonials, or voices will not be used in contexts requiring individual consent without obtaining the necessary authorization. General event attendance is not treated as an automatic all-purpose commercial model release.
Children
Additional care is taken with images of minors; appropriate parent or guardian consent should be obtained where required.
News and media
Journalists, broadcasters, and content creators should coordinate access with the crew and abide by applicable venue/property restrictions. Independent media outlets control their own publications. Media appearances, ESPN or FOX coverage, coach or athlete visits, sponsor interactions, and social content do not by themselves establish formal partnerships.
Removal requests
For images on channels we control, contact us with a link and explanation (choose “Other” on the contact form). We will review the request and take appropriate action. We cannot promise to remove content owned by unaffiliated third parties.
