The Utah Pig Bus / The people
The Pig
Crew.
Tailgating since 1999.
Friends first
27 years and counting.
Before the roast and before Porky, there was a group of friends. We have tailgated together since 1999, and some of us go back even further than that. The Pig Crew was established in 2004, when Coach Urban Meyer brought us in for the first team pig roast during that undefeated season. Porky arrived in 2005. For 27 years we have cooked together and found every excuse in between to get together.
The bus is just where we park the friendship.

What keeps us together
Tailgating. Socializing. Showing up.
Game day, every time
Home Saturdays mean the lot, the roaster and the same faces we have been tailgating with for decades. Win or lose, the crew is there early and stays late.
Friends all year
The friendship doesn’t clock out when the season ends. Off-season dinners, backyard cookouts and plenty of nights out keep the crew together between kickoffs.
Always room for one more
New friends, old friends, visiting fans. Over 27 years the crew has grown one plate at a time, and the door to the bus is still open.

These days
Same crew, same lot
Lederhosen, cold-weather selfies, roof-deck views and a lot of red. The faces have a few more miles on them. The friendship hasn’t changed.
Come find us
Pull up a chair.
The crew is in the Guardsman lot every home game. Bring a friend, grab a plate and say hi.
